We were rear-ended and needed our entire back bumper and lift gate repaired. Irvin and his team at Wreck-O-Mend were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. He worked with the other driver’s insurance company to ensure we wouldn’t pay anything out of pocket for the repairs and stayed in touch with me throughout the repair process to keep me posted on their progress.
I was especially impressed and appreciative when Irvin and his team worked to expedite the repair so that we could pick up the car a day earlier than planned. This allowed us to get our vehicle back in time to travel to see family. Such excellent and personal customer service is hard to come by these days, so I was pleasantly surprised when Irvin and the team went above and beyond to accommodate this request.
Above all, their workmanship was excellent and our car looks brand new. They matched the paint color perfectly and even cleaned up the interior of our car so it feels totally new inside and out. They did an outstanding job getting us back to normal from before the accident, so we can finally relax and enjoy our car again.
